Ireland Property Maintenance is a growing landscape and property maintenance company serving the Kitchener-Waterloo region. We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values its employees.
Position
Full-Time Landscape Labourer
Schedule
● Monday to Friday
● Approximately 50 hours per week
● Weekend work may be required depending on weather and workload
● Overtime paid after 44 hours, with overtime available almost every week during the busy season
● Immediate start available
Responsibilities
● Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and property maintenance
● Garden maintenance, mulching, planting, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
● Operating commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
● Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
● Working independently and as part of a team to complete jobs to a high standard
Qualifications
● 1–3 years of landscaping experience preferred
● At least 1 year of experience is considered an asset, but we’re willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic
● Valid G driver’s licence preferred
● Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
● Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
● Reliable, punctual, and motivated
● Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
● Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment is an asset
