Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Worker to support our warehouse and distribution operations. The successful candidate will perform a variety of warehouse-based tasks to support order fulfillment, inventory handling, and food safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order picking and preparation based on business requirements
- Container off-loading and general packaging
- Handling of food and related products
- Consolidation of partial pallets for incoming goods
- Perform cycle counts as required
- Identify and report workplace safety hazards
- Adhere to company quality, food safety, and customer service standards
- Operate forklift equipment where applicable
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg at times
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Forklift driving experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- English required; Punjabi, Hindi, or Urdu is an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Schedule:
Standard shift is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Shifts may change based on workload and operational requirements.
