Position:
Hyflodraulic Limited is currently recruiting a full time HSEQ Manager.
The Ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, strong communication and relationship building skills, will allow you to work effectively with our internal and external customers.
Required Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a Quality and Safety role
· Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality System
· WHSCC safety committee training
· COR certification and internal auditor ISO 9001:2015
· OHS diploma (or equivalent) an asset
Duties to Include:
· Maintain and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 Quality System and COR Certification and take part in yearly audits. Follow through and improve on yearly audit suggestions of improvement.
· Implement ISO 9001:2026 standard within the next 3 years as per requirement.
· Assist in the completion of achieving and maintaining HSEQ targets and goals.
· Revise or develop quality and safety procedures and forms. Corrective/preventive action reporting, change request notices and management of change plan.
· Complete and ensure non-conformance reports are investigated in an appropriate time frame, follow up and corrective actions are taking place to close out the NCR.
· Ensure accidents and near misses are reported and actioned in an appropriate time frame, effective corrective actions are taken and the proper close out steps are followed. Providing input on how to prevent situation from re-occurring.
· Maintain calibration records for Hyflodraulic Limited equipment.
· Manage customer surveys and customer complaints as they may arise.
· Chair quarterly management meetings, reporting on quality and safety to upper management.
· Manage External Provides List and supplier evaluations.
· Creation and review of current/new Job Safety Analysis/Risk Assessments as well as maintaining Hyflodraulic Limited’s emergency response plan and carrying out yearly drills.
· Assessing work scopes when required and providing input on HSQ matters when dealing with bids.
· Maintain employee training records including scheduling and complete orientation training to contractors and new employees.
· Conduct quarterly WHCSS meetings and submit to Workplace NL.
