Position Summaries
Fabric Cutter
The Fabric Cutter is responsible for accurately cutting fabrics according to production specifications while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of fabric cutting experience in apparel manufacturing
- Experience using industrial cutting equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Sewing Machine Operator
Sew garment components using industrial sewing machines while maintaining high quality and meeting daily production targets.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sewing experience (garment manufacturing preferred)
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines
- Knowledge of garment construction
- Strong attention to detail
Pressing Machine Operator (Apparel)
The Pressing Machine Operator is responsible for finishing garments using industrial steam pressing equipment while ensuring garments meet quality, appearance, and production standards.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of pressing experience in apparel manufacturing
- Experience operating industrial steam pressing equipment
- Knowledge of garment finishing techniques and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining consistent quality
Production Service Person
Support the sewing department by ensuring operators have a continuous supply of work. Transport garment bundles between operations, monitor workflow, and help maintain efficient production throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Manufacturing experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry garment bundles
- Team player with a positive attitude
Pattern Maker
Develop production-ready garment patterns, grading, and markers while working closely with production and quality teams to ensure proper garment fit and manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous pattern making experience in apparel manufacturing
- Strong understanding of garment construction and grading
- Experience with manual and/or computerized pattern-making systems
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Quality Control Technician
Inspect garments throughout production and prior to shipment to ensure all products meet company quality standards.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of quality control experience
- Experience measuring garments
- Knowledge of garment construction
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Production Supervisor
Lead and support production employees while coordinating daily manufacturing activities to ensure production, quality, safety, and delivery goals are achieved.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing (garment industry preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of garment production processes
- Experience with production scheduling and workflow management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
