Retail Sales Associate
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a mature, friendly individual to work part time as a sales associate in a Ladies Fashion store at our Tanger Outlet Store in Cookstown Mall. Must be available to work Evenings, Weekends and Holidays. 2-3 days a week 10-18 hours a week
Responsibilities
- Connect with customers to access ad assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Promote sales through upselling and offering honest feedback & suggestions.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized and welcoming at all times.
- Initiates completion of tasks without necessary supervision.
- Help maintain an organized and inviting store environment.
- Support inventory management by unpacking shipment, stocking racks & keeping stockroom organized.
- Operate POS system for sales transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing.
