Mobile Vendors walk through stadium seating areas selling drinks, items directly to fans. The role focuses on fast service, strong customer interaction, and handling payments while navigating crowded environments.
Sell assigned products (e.g., drinks throughout the stands during the game.)
Carry product trays, backpacks, or portable dispensing equipment.
Provide friendly, energetic service to fans in all seating sections.
Handle payments accurately on handheld POS devices.
Restock products as needed during the event.
Follow all stadium policies, including age‑verification rules.
Maintain a clean, professional appearance and represent the stadium positively.
Work in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic environment for several hours at a time.
Ability to walk, climb stairs, and stand for long periods (3–5 hours).
Ability to lift and carry up to 25–40 lbs depending on product type.
Comfort working in loud, crowded, and outdoor environments.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Outgoing, energetic personality.
Comfort working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to stay positive and professional with large crowds.
Minimum age requirement set by the stadium for event staff roles. 19+
Completion of SIRS (Serve It Right Saskatchewan)
Previous customer‑service or sales experience is an asset but not required.
Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays during the CFL season.
Event‑based: typically, 4–6 hours per game.
Additional shifts may be available for concerts or special events.
