We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Store Manager who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and knows how to build a strong team culture. What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support a high-energy sales team
- Create an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor
- Recruit, train, and develop team members
- Build a positive, inclusive, and team-driven store culture
- Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
- Keep the store visually fresh, organized, and on-trend
- Support company initiatives and brand standards
- Lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift
What We’re Looking For
- Retail leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for fashion, denim, streetwear, and lifestyle brands
- A confident leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
- Organized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve independently
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing for long periods, lifting boxes, and using ladders

Pay: $49,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
