As we continue to expand, we are looking for an outgoing and driven Property Administrator to join our team.
Role Summary
The Property Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily operations, enhancing tenant experience, and ensuring our properties are maintained to a high standard of service and presentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in organization, and thrives in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesTenant & Customer Experience
- Greet and assist tenants, customers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to tenant inquiries and help resolve issues promptly to maintain strong tenant satisfaction
- Support tenant communication and ensure a high level of service delivery
Property Operations Support
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Property Management team
- Coordinate with site staff and contractors to schedule maintenance and repairs
- Ensure proper notices, safety protocols, and tenant communication are in place for all work being completed
Accounting & Reporting
- Process accounts payable and assist with tracking rent and arrears collection
- Support preparation of monthly reports for management review
- Maintain accurate records of financial and operational data
Administration & Compliance
- Maintain organized and up‑to‑date filing systems, including:
- Lease agreements
- Contracts
- Insurance certificates
- Inspection reports
- Support enforcement of lease terms, rules, and building standards
Property Standards & Curb Appeal
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation
- Identify and report maintenance or service issues to maintain a first-class property standard
Team & Event Support
- Assist with tenant engagement initiatives and events when required
- Provide general office support, including light organization and maintaining a professional office environment
What You Bring
- Positive, outgoing attitude with a strong customer service focus
- 2+ years of experience in a Property Management company.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-office role. Remote work is not available. repairs/cleanliness, upholding a first class building status.
Performs other duties as assigned/needed. Eg. participating in tenant holiday events, make coffee/tea for guests, light cleaning/tidying within the office, office upkeep, etc.
Pay: $42,500.00-$52,500.00 per year
