Position Overview
Position: Shop Labourer | Prep Technician
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Edmonton, AB
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available

Responsibilities
● Provide general shop assistance
● Manage material handling and part movement
● Perform racking and un-racking of parts
● Execute cleaning and preparation work
● Support overall production flow
Note: Initial responsibilities do not include advanced powder coating or blasting, but
training and progression into these areas is available for the right candidate.
Requirements
● Located in Edmonton
● Must have reliable transportation
● Must be physically fit
● Must be able to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly
● Strong work ethic and punctuality
● Ability to take feedback
● Candidates must have a “Can Do” attitude
● Willingness to learn powder coating trade and take direction
● Ability to follow multi-step instructions and maintain high quality standards
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)
● Experience in a shop or industrial environment
● Familiarity with tools or fabrication
● Forklift certification
