LEAK TESTER
Job description (Successful candidates will receive in-house training for the below):
1. Read work orders and product assembly drawings to understand the requirements of the job and to ensure coil has been assembled properly.
2. Select proper testing equipment for specified job.
3. Properly hook-up testing equipment to coil and pressurize coil to 450 psi while submerged in water.
4. Monitor test pressure at 450 psi.
5. Ensure overall quality of product and once deemed leak free apply tester identification sticker.
6. Shut down air valve when not in use.
7. Complete all paper work including production times, number of tested coils, repairs and completed jobs.
8. Transport product to shipping department with appropriate documentation.
9. Prepare workstation for brazing by turning on regulated gas and oxygen and ignite pilot light.
10. Prepare coil for repair with normal brazing practices.
Training is provided, and tasks may vary depending on skill level and production needs.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications: Grade 12 diploma considered an asset, excellent manual dexterity, hand eye coordination and mechanical aptitude. Previous experience in a similar industry will be considered an asset. Candidates with a valid Hoist license preferred.
Essential Skills: Excellent communication skills (written, oral, listening), Problem solving, Work well with others, task planning, weight handling up to 50 lbs.
