Journeypersons are either experienced at leading a project area or are interested in developing their leadership skills.
The following abilities are a must:
- 4-5 years of sheet metal experience
- Red Seal Certification, Sheet Metal
- Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
- Proficient in take-off/site design, material management, lay out, fabricating and installing fittings
- Understanding of sub-trade’s scope/scheduling/interference
- Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices
- Communicate with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades professionally if/when required
- Follow written and verbal instructions as required
- Contribute to site/company culture by completing job duties with a positive attitude
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package designed to support both your career and your future:
- Starting hourly wage between: $42.00 - $47.00/hr
