Program Managers ensure the alignment and success of multiple product programs by coordinating between different product teams, aligning with strategic business objectives, and providing oversight on task management and reporting. Collaborates closely with the CTO and supports the wider product and engineering organization to ensure synchronization, clear communication, and efficient execution of the organization’s strategic vision.

Strategic Alignment: Ensures that all product initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives and overarching vision.

Program Coordination: Oversees multiple cross-functional product teams and coordinates their efforts to ensure smooth and timely program execution.

Task Management and Reporting: Works closely with the CTO to manage tasks, track progress, and provide comprehensive reporting.

Impediment Resolution: Identifies and addresses impediments impacting multiple teams or the broader program. Escalates when needed.

Stakeholder Communication: Provides proactive visibility into program targets, commitments, and progress to both internal stakeholders and, when relevant, external partners or clients.

Cross-Team Dependency Management: Tracks and manages dependencies between teams to ensure seamless execution.

Continuous Improvement: Facilitates discussions and retrospectives to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across product teams.

Team Building and Culture: Helps teams celebrate wins. Advocates for a culture of cross-team collaboration, team-driven decision-making, and commitment. Orchestrates team-building events and activities to enhance team dynamics.

Strong understanding of large-scale software systems and their lifecycle from ideation to deployment and scaling.

Comprehensive grasp of go-to-market methods, metrics, and strategies.

Familiarity with the roles and responsibilities across a product organization, including product managers, designers, engineers, QA, devOps, and marketers.

Experience in coordinating and managing multiple product initiatives or teams simultaneously.

Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.

At least 3 years of experience in the product or engineering organization of a company using common Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP).

Experience with SaaS / Product Project Lead / Management
