Invincible Pay is a Canadian fintech and Money Services Business already moving millions of dollars for our clients, and we're growing fast. We're hiring a hunter.
This is not an order-taking job. It's for someone who lives on the phone, loves the chase, and wants to own a book of business in a niche, high-value industry most salespeople never crack. You prospect, you pitch, you close. We make you the expert in money services and payments so that when you dial, you sound like the person a business owner actually wants to talk to.

What You'll Do
- Hunt. High-volume cold calling, outbound campaigns, and email outreach to SMEs and B2B merchants across Canada.
- Own the phone. Cold calling is the core of this role. Get past gatekeepers, handle objections, book meetings.
- Become the expert in money services, payments, and the Interac e-Transfer ecosystem.
- Build outbound campaigns in Apollo: lead lists, sequences, email campaigns, and tracking what converts.
- Run online demos of the e-wallet, E-Transfer Checkout, Payment Links, and API, and close.
- Own the full cycle from first dial to signed client to onboarding handoff.
- Grow your book. Keep accounts happy and find upsell opportunities, because every active client is recurring commission.
- Hit and beat monthly targets on calls, emails, demos, and conversions.
Who You Are
- A hunter first. You get energy from cold outreach and closing, not from waiting for leads.
- Proven in B2B or SME sales with real success in cold calling and high-volume outbound (fintech, payments, or SaaS a strong asset).
- Hands-on with email campaigns and cold-email outreach.
- Comfortable in Apollo (or similar) and Google Suite.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized enough to run a full pipeline without hand-holding.
- Confident demoing to business decision-makers.
- Familiarity with Canadian payments, Interac e-Transfer, or merchant services is an asset.
- Multilingual abilities are valued.
Compensation
- Hourly base for stability while you build.
- Uncapped recurring commission, a percentage of the fees from every client you bring on, paid for as long as they stay active.
- Future ownership stake for those who prove themselves early.
Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB
