We are currently seeking a Broker/Manager to join our management team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The perfect candidate is a quick learner, highly organized, proactive, and experienced in leadership roles. Additionally, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Licensed Ontario REALTOR® for at least 5 years, with no conditions or disciplinary history.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Broker or Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of FINTRAC, RECO, and TRREB rules and regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, organize responsibilities effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales agents, offering guidance, support, and motivation to help them achieve their sales goals.
Active Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents to grow the team and enhance the brokerage's capabilities.
Retention: Foster agent retention by providing ongoing support, mentorship, and professional development.
Agent Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure agents are well-equipped, knowledgeable, and compliant with industry standards.
Strategic Growth: Formulate and execute sales strategies to drive growth in residential resale, commercial properties, and preconstruction projects.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to RECO guidelines and align with industry standards.
Market Awareness: Keep up to date on market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
