Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Worker to join our cabinet manufacturing team. This role involves reading blueprints, and ensuring high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
No experience required. Additional tasks and duties to be assigned as the new employee learns industry language, quality expectations, and other established processes.
Responsibilities and duties may include:
- Read and interpret blueprints (in metric), technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly and fabrication.
- Preform quality control inspection prior to product packaging and loading.
- Package finished products efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Be physically capable of lifting 30-40lbs through the day to assist in loading cabinets into trailers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes, ensuring timely completion of production goals.
Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing environment helpful
- Ability to lift large cabinets with assistance
- Experience with woodworking/construction projects preferred
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Work Location: In person, Langley BC
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
