Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Scarborough, OntarioPosition Type: Full-Time | Permanent
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team in Scarborough, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships, coordinating customer requirements internally, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication at all times.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Sales & Operation Manager and will undergo a comprehensive two-week training and orientation program.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and confidently manage all existing customer accounts.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage existing customer accounts and business relationships
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, emails, quotations, and order follow-ups
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Build long-term relationships with customers through professional communication and service
- Prepare quotations, reports, presentations, and customer account updates
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor customer requirements, delivery schedules, and inventory needs
- Support business growth through account development and repeat business opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication history
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, account management, customer service, or sales support
- Experience in packaging, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries is considered a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts effectively
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience using ERP or CRM systems is an asset
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
