Monroe Cleaning Services is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis.
We are not a high-volume “basic cleaning” company. Our focus is on providing a refined, high-standard service experience for residential and Airbnb clients who value consistency, professionalism, discretion, and exceptional attention to detail.
We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work, presents professionally, and understands the importance of maintaining high standards in clients’ homes and properties.
Position Overview
This role includes:
- Residential home cleaning
- Luxury and short-term rental turnover services
- Laundry and linen management
- Detailed kitchen and bathroom care
- Home upkeep and presentation tasks
- Occasional deep cleaning projects

Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence required or the ability to get to job sites on time
- Availability for daytime weekday shifts
- Ability to perform physical work including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Previous residential or hospitality cleaning experience is preferred
