Neobridge Healthcare is recruiting Physiotherapists for a new integrated primary care and rehabilitation clinic opening in Greater Victoria in late 2026.
This is an opportunity to join a collaborative clinical team where physiotherapy is fully integrated into patient care. You will work alongside physicians, nurse practitioners, mental health clinicians, and allied health providers.
The Role
- Provide physiotherapy services for musculoskeletal, post-surgical, concussion, vestibular, neurological, and functional recovery patients
- Support patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, intensive care admissions, or deconditioning
- Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, kinesiologists, counsellors, and other clinicians
- Participate in specialized recovery pathways, including concussion, surgical, and post-intensive care rehabilitation
- Help shape physiotherapy programs and clinical workflows as part of the founding team
Qualifications
- Registration in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Experience or training in at least one of the following:
- Vestibular rehabilitation
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Concussion management
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Post-intensive care recovery
- Strong communication skills and an interest in interdisciplinary care
