Junior Project Manager, Tenant Improvements & Capital Projects
Our Downtown Edmonton client is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join their commercial property management team. Working alongside the Property Manager and Facilities Manager, this role will coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building operations to ensure projects are well organized and aligned with property requirements.
**Base salary ranging from $65,000–$80,000 + benefits**
Responsibilities:
- Support tenant improvement and building projects
- Coordinate with tenants, contractors, consultants, and building operations
- Review construction plans, schedules, scopes, and project documentation
- Monitor project progress and help coordinate solutions
- Assist with inspections, shutdowns, site access, and commissioning
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
Successful Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, tenant improvements, project coordination, or commercial real estate
- Understanding of commercial buildings and construction processes
