Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Diagnose problems with HVAC systems.
- Maintain equipment logs and records.
- Perform diagnostics on HVAC systems and components to ensure they are working properly.
- Work with other technicians and industrial engineers to determine the cause of systems failures.
- Schedule repairs.
- Document all work performed.
