Job Summary
We are seeking friendly and attentive Server/Bar Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements when necessary
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all food items according to health regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, bar, and surrounding spaces
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with effective time management
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance customer experience
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
- Uphold hospitality standards by ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit
Skills
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS; basic math skills for cashiering and cash handling
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Ability to serve guests promptly while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests confidently
- Basic understanding of the food industry operations and hospitality standards
