True North Sports + Entertainment is seeking a collaborative, results-driven Ticket Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns and fan engagement initiatives that drive ticket sales and enhance the fan experience.
The Ticket Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting all ticketing-related marketing initiatives and campaigns. This role partners with internal teams to help execute creative campaigns that support individual, group and season ticket sales. This position is ideal for an entry-level candidate eager to learn, grow, and develop within a professional sports marketing environment.
What to be excited for in this role:

Support the development and execution of ticket marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally to drive fan engagement and revenue.

Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling marketing assets, including promotional graphics, videos, social media posts, and email content.

Coordinate and traffic marketing content across all platforms including team website, social media channels, in-game digital boards, radio, outdoor advertising, and the Jets Mobile App.

Assist in the development and execution of promotional game strategies and related ticket marketing initiatives, including coordinating the design, approval, ordering, tracking, and distribution of promotional items in collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.

Maintain and update campaign timelines and marketing tools, including marketing calendars, and project management tools.

Monitor campaign performance across paid, earned, and owned media, and support reporting efforts by compiling meaningful insights that help shape future strategies.

Help transform campaign performance data into visual and narrative summaries that support monthly reports and internal presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors/agencies to help execute campaigns that meet business goals and deliver a seamless fan experience.

Lead Groups Sales Campaigns by collaborating with the ticket sales team to help design and market theme nights and group ticketing experiences that appeal to community organizations and businesses.

Provide general administrative support and take on additional projects as assigned.

Help segment audiences and personalize messaging using CRM tools to better target fans with relevant offers.

Manage and update select website content, ensuring timely and accurate ticket information is published.
What we need from you:

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Sport Management, Business, or a related field.

0–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field; internships or relevant co-op placements are an asset.

Interest in sports and entertainment marketing, particularly hockey, is considered a strong asset.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and copy accuracy is essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and project management platforms (e.g., Asana) is an asset.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, email platforms, and social media.

Comfortability with reading and interpreting data sets and reports to identify trends.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn.

Flexible schedule, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
