Veterinary Client Service Representative (Full-Time, In-Office)

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (not looking for summer students)
Location: In-Office (Not Remote)

Please note: This is NOT a remote position. Full-time hours only.
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Be the first point of contact for clients, creating a warm and professional experience
- Use strong active listening skills to understand client needs and concerns
- Schedule appointments and procedures accurately
- Follow hospital protocols while adapting to each client situation
- Provide client education (vaccinations, parasite prevention, appointment preparation, etc.)
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate clearly with veterinary teams to support patient care
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of direct customer service experience (in person and/or phone-based)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emotional or high-pressure situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
- Reliable transportation and must have your own vehicle
- Must be available Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–7:30PM
- Must be available for full-time hours only
Preferred (but not required):
- Veterinary clinic experience
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology or medical scheduling
