We are currently looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Preventative Maintenance Coordinator to join our Port Coquitlam team.

You will play a key role in keeping preventative maintenance operations running smoothly while supporting technicians, customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Be DoingPreventative Maintenance Coordination
- Manage and maintain monthly preventative maintenance schedules
- Coordinate PM visits with customers, property managers, and onsite contacts
- Schedule technicians and confirm labor/resource availability
- Coordinate maintenance activities for generators and power systems
- Support PM agreement renewals and onboarding of new maintenance sites
Work Orders & Service Support
- Create, manage, and close work orders
- Prepare quotations for recommended repairs and corrective work
- Coordinate required parts, rental equipment, and subcontractors
- Arrange site access, permits, escorts, and security clearances when required
- Review technician reports and ensure documentation accuracy
Customer Service & Communication
- Provide timely updates regarding scheduling, service progress, and work scope
- Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries
- Process invoicing and assist with service administration
- Support emergency service requests for existing PM customers
Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Service, Parts, and Production teams
- Assist with estimating labor and resource requirements
- Ensure work is coordinated according to company safety procedures and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in service coordination, dispatching, maintenance coordination, or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with scheduling, work orders, invoicing, or service administration
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central or NAV is considered an asset
- Generator, industrial, mechanical, electrical, or construction industry experience is considered a strong asset

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
