The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Markville Mall in Markham, Ontario, supporting the grand opening of our newest boutique.
As the face of the Mulu Jewelry brand, you will create memorable, meaningful experiences for every client who visits our store.
You’ll build genuine relationships, learn each customer’s story, and help them discover jewelry pieces that reflect their individuality. You’ll also play an essential role in maintaining our boutique’s luxurious atmosphere, supporting inventory functions, and helping train new team members to deliver Mulu’s signature standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service with warmth and professionalism
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Build lasting customer relationships through expertise, sincerity, and trust
- Maintain luxury presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Support inventory control and daily operational excellence
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members
- Collaborate with management to enhance sales performance and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding retail or luxury sales targets
- Experience in training, mentorship, or team collaboration
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Genuine passion for fine jewelry, design, and craftsmanship
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in jewelry or high-end retail (an advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
