We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Regina branch — a key role that directly contributes to our reputation for excellence.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing expert product knowledge, processing orders efficiently, and supporting both inside and outside sales teams.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers in person, by phone, and through email. Your professionalism, product knowledge, and commitment to service excellence will help maintain Richelieu’s reputation as a trusted partner in the hardware industry.

More specifically, the main responsibilities of the position are to:
Customer Experience & Service Excellence

Serve as a primary contact for customers at the service counter, by phone, and by email

Provide accurate product information, technical guidance, and order status updates

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and empathy
Order Management & Sales Support

Process orders, create return authorizations, and manage follow‑ups
-
Promote Richelieu’s products, programs, and value‑added services
-
Collaborate closely with inside and outside sales teams to advance customer opportunities

Maintain clear communication between customer service, warehouse, credit, and sales departments
Operational & Administrative Support

Assist with showroom merchandising, restocking, and housekeeping

Pick showroom orders and assist with inventory / cycle counts as required

Participate in cross‑training, departmental support, and shared office responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Participate in ongoing training, product knowledge development, and corporate programs
Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in customer service or sales
