We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Bartender / Server to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service, prepare and serve beverages, take food and drink orders, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Previous bartending and/or serving experience is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone with a positive, eager, friendly, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
- Complete opening and closing duties as required
- Follow all health and safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and management
Qualifications
- Previous bartending and/or serving experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and be trained
- Valid Smart Serve certification required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive, friendly, outgoing, and eager attitude
- Ability to work efficiently
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
- Flexible availability, including weekend mornings / days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
