We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Agent to join our team.
About you:
You are a seasoned insurance professional with experience supporting Commercial lines clients. You are comfortable managing all aspects of a commercial lines book, including renewals, remarketing, and cross selling. You take pride in providing consultative advice, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate up to date client records on our broker management system.
- Process all change requests, endorsements, and renewals.
- Review renewal policies for accuracy & premium, ensuring a high retention rate.
- Assess client risks and recommend appropriate commercial insurance coverage.
- Negotiate coverage terms, premiums and renewals with insurance providers.
- Offer exceptional service to clients while building and managing client relationships.
Qualifications We Value:
- Alberta Level 1 license required, General Level 2 considered an asset.
- Minimum 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, EPIC experience considered an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Motivation to work through upcoming changes in the industry. To evolve quick, adapt and change through growth and service.
- Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM considered an asset.

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
