Part-Time Office Assistant – Small Drapery Business
We are a well-established custom drapery and window treatment business seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
· Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Prepare quotes, invoices, and other office documents
· Manage emails and customer records
· Assist with order tracking and vendor communications
· Maintain organized filing systems and office records
· Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
· Excellent organizational and time-management skills
· Fluent in spoken and written English
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Professional and friendly customer service skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Ability to multitask and work independently
· Previous office administration experience is an asset
