Panacea Pharmacy is an independently owned community pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality healthcare and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a reliable and motivated **Retail Pharmacy Assistant** to join our friendly team in Woodbridge.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide outstanding customer service to patients and customers in a professional, courteous manner
* Assist the pharmacist with prescription preparation, packaging, and labeling
* Manage and organize inventory, including receiving and restocking products
* Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions accurately
* Perform end-of-day closing and cash register reconciliation
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Support day-to-day pharmacy operations as required
**Qualifications:**
* Previous retail pharmacy or customer service experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer and POS system knowledge
* Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude are essential
**Schedule:**
Part-time position (weekdays and occasional Saturdays if needed)
