Job Summary
Alivia Solutions Psychotherapy & Wellness is a growing, client-centred mental health practice seeking a warm, reflective, and trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Social Worker (MSW) to join our multidisciplinary team as an independent contractor.
We are particularly interested in clinicians with experience providing child and youth therapy and/or couples therapy. Our practice also offers individual and family therapy, and we welcome applicants whose experience aligns with these areas of care.
This is a part-time associate role with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. The position includes in-person work at our Orangeville office, with the option to provide virtual therapy to clients across Ontario. Clinicians maintain autonomy over their caseload while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive clinic environment. Availability for at least two evenings per week is required.

Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, children, and/or youth based on your clinical areas of practice
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Deliver trauma-informed, ethical, and client-centred care
- Maintain appropriate professional and legal standards of practice
- Collaborate with the clinical team as needed regarding client care and referrals
- Manage and maintain your caseload and schedule within the clinic setting
- Participate in occasional team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the CRPO or Registered Social Worker/MSW in good standing with the OCSWSSW
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health care
- Experience providing one or more of the following:
- Individual therapy
- Child and youth therapy
- Couples therapy
- Family therapy
- Counselling services
- Strong assessment, crisis support, and clinical decision-making skills
- Trauma-informed approach to care
- Additional training in EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, Somatic therapies, or FLASH is considered an asset
- Reflective, grounded, authentic, and growth-oriented clinical style
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Availability for some evenings and/or weekends
Schedule
- Minimum 15 hours per week
- Evening availability required (minimum two evenings weekly)
