About the Role
CBS is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Cleaner at a CN rail yard facility in Campbellton, New Brunswick.
As this position involves cleaning and maintaining employee facilities within a rail yard, candidates must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s licenceand have access to a personal vehicle to travel to and from the worksite.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices and common areas (entrances, hallways, stairways)
- Dust and sanitize surfaces, fixtures, and work areas
- Clean and disinfect washrooms, showers, locker rooms, and kitchenette
- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies as needed (paper products, soap)
- Sweep, mop, and/or vacuum floors
- Empty waste and recycling bins
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout employee facilities
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial services, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory
- Ability to perform physical work (lifting, reaching, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Must consent to a criminal background check
- Language: English and/or French
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment
- Understanding of sanitation and workplace safety standards
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Position & Schedule
- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 3 hours per shift
- Shifts may be completed anytime after 4:00 PM)
- Total: 9 hours per week

- Onsite and online training modules are provided
