Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and attention to detail
- Install siding and other exterior finishes using hand tools and power tools efficiently
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting, excavation, or material placement as needed
- Use woodworking skills for framing, custom carpentry, or structural modifications
- Handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique
- Utilize welding techniques when necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on carpentry, concrete finishing, or related trades
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday
- Familiarity with concrete forming, siding installation, welding, and woodworking techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges on-site
- Valid construction experience with a commitment to safety standards and procedures
