Overview of the role
Saputo Inc. is seeking a Specialist, HR Solutions for an existing opportunity within our organization.
The Specialist, HR Solutions plays a key role in the evolution, optimization and long-term sustainability of the HR technology ecosystem that supports the company’s strategic priorities. This individual leads the administration and enhancement of Workday, the HR system, while working closely with Human Resources, Learning, , Talent Acquisition Information Technology and Operations teams across the organization. The successful candidate will foster continuous improvement, support users globally, strengthen data integrity and compliance, and help deliver efficient, scalable HR processes through technology, automation and thoughtful change management.

How you will make contributions that matter:
Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration and optimization of the HR systems environment, with a primary focus on Workday HCM, reporting and data loads
Act as a subject matter expert for HR applications and provide guidance on system-related policies, processes and best practices
Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Learning, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Operations teams to align HR systems initiatives with business needs and operational priorities
Contribute to the strategy, design, implementation and continuous improvement of global HR processes and solutions
Analyze business needs, conduct gap analyses and recommend scalable solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
Plan, coordinate and execute testing activities for implementations, updates and releases, including documenting test scenarios
Provide multi-country and multi-site support to end users through training, troubleshooting assistance and ongoing knowledge transfer
Monitor data quality through audits, reporting and integrity checks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Oversee the documentation of business requirements, job aids and procedures, training materials and recommendations supporting standardization and continuous improvement
Oversee upgrades, releases, enhancements and issue resolution in collaboration with Information Technology and other key stakeholders
Lead or support change management activities by communicating system and process updates to key users and impacted employee groups
Stay current on Workday capabilities and emerging best practices to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
You are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
We are seeking a Workday expert with deep hands-on experience in the HCM module, reporting and HCM data loads using EIBs; experience in Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, other Workday modules and Security is considered an asset
At least 5 years of experience in senior analyst or advisory roles focused on HR and Workday
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and processes, with experience working closely with HR business teams
Excellent business analysis, problem-solving and process improvement skills, with the ability to translate findings into practical recommendations
Strong planning, organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong change management capabilities, including assessing business impacts and guiding users through process and system changes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
Ability to clearly communicate technical and business information to a variety of audiences, including non-technical users and senior leadership
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality
Collaborative and proactive approach, with proven experience building effective cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced environment
Comfort and professionalism in facilitating virtual presentations, training sessions and stakeholder discussions
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
As part of their duties, the position holder will be required to communicate and collaborate in English and French, both orally and in writing, with colleagues or other stakeholders located in Québec, elsewhere in Canada, or across North America.

Salary: $92,795 to $121,795
- Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
