Sales Manager
Duties:
-Contact Businesses for their print media needs
- Set Up meetings with them to display our products
- Set Up Booths at local events or trade shows of our business to showcase our products
- Network with individual business owners to understand their print media needs
- Create leads through active follow ups- Generate sales through our promotional offers
- Organize Sales and Marketing campaigns to increase our inbound sales
- Conduct ATL, BTL and ATL Marketing campaigns
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales management or a related role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
