We are a friendly, patient-focused family doctor’s office seeking a part-time or full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, working collaboratively, and contributing to high-quality primary care in a supportive setting.
As part of our family medicine team, you will help provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Your responsibilities may include patient assessments, health promotion, chronic disease management, preventive care, follow-up appointments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day delivery of care within the practice.
