Woodbox Coffee Barista Training and Catering is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Café Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere, and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Experience is an asset, but training is provided for motivated individuals.
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other café beverages.
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take orders and process payments using the POS system.
- Keep the café, coffee station, and equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Restock ingredients, cups, pastries, and café supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or café experience is an asset but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
