Duties
- - Prepare and assemble pastries according to customer specifications and menu standards.
- - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the quality and safety of all food products.- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages.
- - Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change during transactions.
- -Write and execute prep lists and ordering to ensure that the restaurant is always ready to operate.
- Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation and cooking on a line.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe working environment.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately in a fast-paced setting.
Must have Ontario Food Handler Certificate
