Schedule
This position follows an alternating schedule Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday. Candidates must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Clinic Hours
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What You’ll Do
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and optimize the daily schedule
- Verify insurance eligibility, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and manage correspondence
- Maintain accurate patient records using Tracker dental software
- Assist with administrative projects and support the overall success of the practice

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental receptionist (2+ years preferred)
- Experience with Tracker dental software is a strong asset
- Strong understanding of dental insurance, treatment estimates, and claim processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail with excellent computer skills
- Professional, dependable, and patient-focused
- A positive team player who collaborates respectfully with colleagues
- Able to remain calm and efficient in a busy clinical environment
