Shift: Monday to Saturday: either 9:30 am to 6 pm, or 1 pm to 9:30 pm. Sunday hours are 10:30 am to 7:30 pm

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Deliver an elevated and personalized luxury client experience at every interaction.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients, including VIP and top-tier customers.
- Proactively engage with clients through clienteling initiatives, personalized outreach, and follow-up communications.
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information to support relationship-building and future business opportunities.
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored recommendations that enhance loyalty and repeat business.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive individual sales performance while contributing to overall boutique objectives.
- Utilize omnichannel tools and services to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer journey.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales, KPI, CRM, and client engagement targets.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
Luxury Retail Operations
- Maintain impeccable presentation standards throughout the boutique and back-of-house areas.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed according to luxury brand standards.
- Support inventory activities, stock management, and operational procedures.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and follow-through on client requests.
- Assist with maintaining a seamless and elevated shopping environment.
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
- Support store initiatives, events, and commercial activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and luxury service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail, fashion, jewelry, watches, beauty, hospitality, or a client-focused sales environment.

Proven ability to build relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.

Strong sales acumen with a record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Experience using CRM and clienteling tools is considered an asset.

Professional presentation and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for luxury products and creating memorable client experiences.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on mall operating hours.
