The Guest Service Agent (GSA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience every day through enhanced engagement, proactive communication, and high-touch service. The GSA will be expected to increase the level of engagement and partnership between JLL, service partners and our clients to provide superior service delivery while enhancing their individual personal and professional skills. This role is responsible for the execution of the experience program at the client site. This client facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, brilliant people skills and enthusiasm for creating a hospitality focused workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform functions for the following programs: temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost & found, luggage storage, quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms.

Assist with site events in coordination with the conference services team and admins.
- Escalate problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, mailroom, facilities, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms. Submit work orders through appropriate channels.

Work collaboratively with other service lines.

Assist with projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce cost, mitigate risk and create value for our Client and JLL.

Perform additional job duties, as requested.
Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-
3 or more years prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred.

Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.

Proven skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Track record of initiative, integrity and good judgment.

Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally.

Proficient skills in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs)
Estimated compensation for this position:
54,000.00 – 56,000.00 CAD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
