Human Integrated Performance is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate full caseload, initially supporting a maternity leave transition. When the current physiotherapist returns, the successful candidate will continue in a permanent role with ongoing support to maintain and grow their caseload. We are looking to immediately hire a physiotherapist to take over an existing practice due to a practitioner going on maternity leave. You will have a full schedule immediately. We have established referral networks that will provide regular new patients to maintain a steady schedule.

Responsibilities:
· Provide high-quality physiotherapy assessments, treatments, and rehabilitation programs to patients.
· Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance patient care and improve outcomes.
· Manage and grow your own caseload, building strong relationships with patients, and ensuring their needs are met. We provide caseload building support.
· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
· Stay up to date with the latest advancements in physiotherapy practice and incorporate evidence-based techniques into treatments.
Requirements:
· Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
· Valid license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist in Alberta, Canada.
· Minimum 1 year experience as a physiotherapist with a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
· Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and experience, such as managing a private practice, initiating business development activities, or implementing innovative strategies.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
· Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Specialization or additional certifications in specific areas of physiotherapy (eg, sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, dry needling, concussion specialization.)
Pay: $76.00-$100.00 per hour
