About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and driven window covering professional to join our team. This is an independent role managing the Winnipeg location. This position offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to set your own hours. Sample books and hand samples are provided for consultation needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations for clients throughout Winnipeg and the surrounding areas.
- Assist clients in selecting window covering solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
- Measure window sizes and assess customer requirements with precision.
- Order necessary products and manage client accounts effectively.
Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of window coverings
- Familiarity with ordering programs is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and use a step ladder safely.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel to client homes.
- Experience in measuring and assessing window coverings.
Location:
This is a hybrid role. You will work from home for office-related tasks and drive to clients' homes for consultations. Coverage is needed in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas.
Salary and Benefits:
This position is commission-based, with earning potential between $50,000 and $80,000+ annually, depending on your success rate.
