We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and mechanically inclined Service Department Customer Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry with room for growth and advancement within our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers as they arrive at the service department.
- Check in customer vehicles.
- Perform vehicle inspections using our Hunter Quick Check system (training provided).
- Move and park customer vehicles safely throughout the lot.
- Keep the service drive-through area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist Service Advisors by scheduling appointments and helping with customer write-ups as needed.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
- Confident and experienced driving vehicles with a manual transmission.
- Interest in the automotive industry is an asset.
Position Details:
- Full-time, immediate opening.
- Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
