Part-Time Social Media Assistant
Location: Winnipeg Outfitters
Hours: 2–3 days per week
Compensation: $19–$24 per hour (based on experience)
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to help grow our online presence and engage with our audience across multiple social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and schedule regular posts across social media channels
· Create engaging content, including written copy, photos, graphics, and short-form videos
· Develop content ideas that align with our brand and marketing goals
· Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages as required
· Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice
· Assist and collaborate with promotional campaigns, contests, and product launches with marketing team.
· Track basic performance metrics and provide feedback on content effectiveness
Qualifications:
· Experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization
· Strong writing and communication skills
· Ability to create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
· Basic video editing and content creation skills
· Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
· Familiarity with social media scheduling tools is an asset
