Overview of the Position:
We are looking to add driven, customer-focused Lighting Sales Advisors to our expanding team. In this position, you will assist clients in improving their outdoor areas by suggesting long-term LED lighting options that combine energy efficiency, durability, and design. You will be in charge of developing your own clientele by knocking on doors in nearby communities. Diamond Property Master offers the training, support, and growth potential to help you succeed, regardless of your level of expertise or desire to begin a career in sales.
The Role:
- Door-to-Door Outreach: Actively engage with homeowners in Victoria to generate interest and leads.
- Setter or Closer Paths: Start as a Setter to build your skills or move into a Closer role.
- Company-Generated Leads: Our Closers receive qualified appointments generated directly from our online advertising campaigns, giving you high-intent warm leads to close.
- Full Sales Training: We provide comprehensive training on our products and our proven sales process.
What We Offer:
- The setter will be paid on an hourly basis plus commission for each job they close.
- High Earnings: Strictly commission-based with a weekly average of $750 – $3500, $15 commission for per appointment booked plus commissions for every deal closed.
