We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Detailer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction through meticulous attention to detail. Duties
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles inside and out, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and report findings to management
- Apply protective coatings and treatments to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle cleaning services and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition
- Follow safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe working environment
Skills
- Proven experience or ability in cleaning and detailing vehicles effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Attention to detail to ensure every vehicle meets high-quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to handle physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting light to moderate loads
