Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various construction, maintenance, and site preparation tasks to ensure smooth project operations. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment on-site
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
- Operate simple tools and machinery under supervision
- Help with site setup and breakdown for different projects
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Carry out other manual tasks as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction effectively
- Prior experience in construction or manual labour is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
