Warehouse Helper and Driver
19.75-20/Hour – Part Time hours
Overview:
Lucent Quartz is located in Richmond Hill, ON. We specialize in the distribution of large-scale Quartz, Granite and Porcelain slabs. We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, experienced individual, to fill a full-time position as a truck driver.
Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
* Locate/retrieve/move/ place materials in the warehouse
* Load/unload trucks
* Must be able to lift heavy load and Off Load Containers
* Transporting goods safely to customers, following the delivery instructions provided by company dispatchers.
* Inspecting the designated truck before and after each trip to ensure that it is mechanically sound.
* Correctly securing goods for transportation to prevent damages and accidents.
* Obtaining customers' signatures after each delivery to confirm receipt of the correct goods, in the correct quantity
* A clean driving record is required.
* The ability to drive in difficult weather conditions.
* Availability to work extra time when required
* Perform additional duties as required by management.
Qualifications
* G license
* Must be speak English and Chinese
* Fork Lift License and Crane License
* Previous Experience
