Job Overview
We are currently hiring motivated and confident Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate leads and book residential cleaning jobs in assigned neighborhoods. This is a commission-only position with the opportunity to earn up to $1,200+ CAD per week based on performance.
This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy talking to people, working independently, and earning based on results.
Duties
- Travel to residential neighborhoods in nearby nears and speak with homeowners
- Promote window cleaning and exterior cleaning services
- Generate leads and book customer appointments
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Track leads and daily progress accurately
- Meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Represent the company professionally at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, technical sales, inside sales, or telemarketing preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and business development techniques
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred for territory coverage
